If it is a premium decal then no, if it is basic decal than yes. Premiums are marked with a P symbol.

It warns you when you select to peel off or switch a decal out. Or did you just mash the confirm button?

Sorry mate, looks like it's gone. This was one of the things that I think GH did not quite think through. Most of those decals that were given to PC users in the login bonuses are end-game decals; since the standard versions are not available for purchase at all in the game (the only way to get those decals in standard is as a possible drop out of Rainbow Loot Bags, of which you can get only get two bags a season), and the Premium versions would be INCREDIBLY rare to get outside of a Mushfest.

What makes this sting even more is the knowledge that if you have both a standard and a premium version of a decal, they stack. Look up the history of the PS4 version and you'll hear about strategies like "Quad Bull," stacking the ATK/DEF bonuses of two Bulls and two Raging Bulls to make an insnaely powerful glass cannon.
