How is the port in terms of controls? Will I need a gamepad or is mouse and keyboard good?

Controller is the way to go if you wanna avoid that ♥♥♥♥♥. Not to mention there's a lack of button prompts changing based on the preferred method of control.

I'm just sad because I sold my PS4 recently and I could have kept the controller.

Dude it's not a mouse bug, it's a game bug, it keeps studdering for me even with a controller, and that's not even the worst of it, they didn't put in an option to invert the controls but instead left it at default which is already inverted and plays really bad!

Controller doesn't help much, it helps slightly with the options being at your fingertips but in terms of no studdering it drops frames every time the camera switches angles, which is every 2 seconds.

That hasn't happened to me at all since playing with a controller, and I have seen others confirm this worked for them; but I hope things work out for you.

Yea this seems to be a controller issue, the problem is with the controller the up and down buttons are reversed in the game which makes it super hard to play, so the solution I'm using is plugging in the controller before the game starts and then playing with the keyboard and mouse.
