regular vs deluxe -- what is included in each one?

I was trying to look at what the deluxe version has on the store page but either it isnt there or i am missing it. I see what the DLC has but i dont see what the regular game vs deluxe game has.

Ahh i see it now, i had to expand it first.

I wanted the DLC characters so it looks like since the Deluxe version has them i'll be getting that one. Been hoping this game would come here after i bought KOFXIV on Steam. Thank you for bringing Heroines here too. Now to wait until all the Samurai Shodown and Art of Fighting games to be brought here too hehehe.
