Too bad, the game has amazing potential in my opinion.
This game is a rarity, a pretty realistic crafting game that doesnt abstract the process too much like the vast majority of crafting games.
*Fingers crossed and toes and eyes* ;)

STEAM Early Access marketplace environment has evolved into an ungoverned & unregulated SCAM!
• There are more than 12,000 Early Access games on STEAM - (Game Stats Data Services | Early Access)
• Early Access games account for approximately 40% of all games on STEAM - (Game Stats Data Services | Early Access)
• On average 90% or more of all STEAM Early Access games FAIL, primarily due to "poor-quality" - (Game World Observer | Pros and Cons of Early Access | 28 Jul, 2023)
In other words, STEAM Early Access marketplace environment has become a multi-billion-dollar, statistically guaranteed 'Lose-Lose' for the unsuspecting Customer, and his or her money!
——
Recommendation: DO NOT BUY STEAM EARLY ACCESS GAMES, until such time that additional & robust Consumer Rights and Protections are put into place such as:
1) A Flat 30-DAY 100% Full Refund Policy — on all games sold by STEAM, just like other consumer purchases around the world (See: UK 30-Day Consumer Rights Act 2015)
2) A Mandatory Free To Play Demo — on all games sold by STEAM
3) A Mandatory STEAM & Game Developer Public Business Plan & Timeline — on all Early Access games sold by STEAM
4) Etcetera, Etcetera

NOTE: Hyperion Studio Limited (the Developer) has Sold more than 21,000 units of Journey Of Life (Alpha Stage) game, and has Grossed more than $226,000 since Feb 1, 2021 STEAM Early Access Launch (See: VG Insights Data Services link below)
A reinvestment of the proceeds into the game's development would have provided for the employment of a Game Creative Director (with a background in Game Programming & Agile Methodology), and the employment of one additional Game Programmer ... but that NEVER happened ?
Had the proposed 'STEAM & Game Developer Public Business Plan & Timeline' (above) existed in 2021, Journey Of Life (Alpha Stage) game would have been finished in a timely manner, or would have been delisted !
——
FYI: Out of more than 21,000 games sold, fewer than 3 Players have on average, regularly played the game over the past 90 days (See: VG Insights Data Services link below)
——
The problem is not only the Developer, but also the ungoverned & unregulated marketplace environment that STEAM controls...
Regards.

Never knew this. Thanks
I have yet to see steam make devs stick to the T&Cs they signed.
