Can I change the camera angle?

The environments look pretty nice, but the locked-in top-down view is quite disorienting. Since everything is 3d anyway, can we change the camera angle? Seen "Toggle Mouse Look" in controls, bound to Left Alt, but it doesn't seem to do anything :/

Short answer: nope. Game has long been abandoned. Could have been a gem, but sadly financial constraints got in the way, so we were told.

Shame, out of the all flat-space build-your-ship freelancer type of games, this is the first one in a long time that actually is fun. Sad :<
