No Servers showing up SOLUTION!
If you cant see the servers this is the right place for the solution!

Doesnt work for everyone. Say those of us that own the retail version and not the Steam version. So I would not call this a solution. Even those that get it to work, it doesnt stay. You have to keep re-doing this.

The solution is to fix the master server.

i did everything this video said and still it is coming up with no servers what so ever.... could i have done something wrong?

No. You did not do anything wrong. If you read my post directly above yours, you would see it doesnt work for everyone, therefore it is not really a solution. I stated the only real solution.

Just because it worked for YOU does not mean it works for everyone. Hell it doesnt work for me.
I finally gave up on this method and just created a quick and dirty website for conecting. It WORKS 100% of the time. You method is at best 50/50.

No one is complaining, at least not about this. I am just saying it does not work for everyone. It may have to do with the fact I own the retail version and not Steam. Not sure, I have not been able to track down a common denominator. I have however come up with actual 100% work arounds that work even for Mac players. Using an old outdated servercache is just not 100%. Even some who do get it to work have it disappear the next time they refresh or restart the game. Possible solution? Setting servercache file to read only. Downside, you can never get a fresh server list, even if the master server is fixed. You have to go back in and reset the file so it is not read only.

This is all a huge pain in the butt.
