Cunning Condor has Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (2007)

Singleplayer Cheats menu option not working.

So I collected all the intel and beat the campaign of course but still can't access the singleplayer cheat options. It's greyed out. Any way to fix this?

I don't believe cheats are usable in arcade mode. I'm just talking about in general. The idea is you collect the intel and they gradually unlock various cheats in the menu. Despite collecting all 30, the option is still greyed out. So I'm not sure if I need to tinker with files or something.

oh i thought you were trying to use them in arcade mode. only thing i found was a fix for console that involved switching profiles and starting a new game. i think using a 100% savefile is your best bet.
