If it's a steam key then yes it will work. If it's just a download from a site then you would have to contact the site to see.

yes aslong as its a steam key it will work on either mac or pc. when you download steam detects what you are using and instals the correct version.

A word of warning for future buyers: if the game is STEAMPLAY (and only if it is) you will get both a Mac and Windows version. If it is not, you will ONLY get a Mac version. Black Ops, for example, is NOT Steamplay!

Cod4 is a steam play game. So no matter what version you will be able to download as it will detect os and download the correct version.

Most games are like that on steam as long as the game is for both os systems and they don't have a seperate download per version.

It still available for purchase as non steam version. So you have to make sure you get steam key before you purchase.
