WIndows 10 fps issue
I can't believe the low fps and hiccups I am getting after upgrading to Win10 and even fully updated. Win8.1 had far better fps. Please help I love this game :(

yes sir everything updated and to be sure, win starts up in 2 secs means there are also no display driver issues.

All files successfully validated. I suspect the upgrade system of Windows. I tried to delete the Windows.old folder and got display driver issues. I had to do system restore. Should I clean install?

Hmm hard to say, I don't have Windows 10 so I can't say. Sorry.

Never going to buy a laptop with graphics card again. I get display driver issues everytime upgrading windows I also had them upgrading from 8 to 8.1 but I was still fine with 8.1 but Win10 is a shiny piece of turd, thank you Microsoft. Thanks for replying sir.

Have you done a clean install of Windows 10?

Just installed Cod4 again on my system using Windows 10 and it runs perfect - no issues what so ever.

I really wanted to clean install but some stupid website convinced me that resetting is same as clean install. If you have clean installed then ill do it too. I can't bear the console fps in my favorite games. Thanks for replying.

Have you upgraded to Windows 10 and checked that it is all activated?

Settings/Update and Security/Activation

Also check which version of Windows 10 it is.

yep its activated by default because I upgraded from 8.1 and also uptodate. Isn't it Build 1024 for all the RTM versions? How does version matter for end user(non-insider).

no I alreay have ISO burned on DVD that I downloaded using MediaCreationTool.exe(microsoft official). I don't want to create an ISO of my system because I want that others are also able to use it for fresh install etc.
