"Death form above" bug, grainy view from AC-130.. please help!

The image I see in the entire mission "Death from above" is all grainy, like a tv with no reception. sometimes it clears up and I can see for less than half a second. After that it becomes grainy again. Is anyone familiar with this problem? Because i can't find it on other forums.

I've got a Sapphire Radeon HD7870 Ghz edition, and my drivers are updated.

Edit december 2023: The screenshot is gone, but the 'grain' I mentioned 9 years ago completely obscured the image to zero visibility. My solution back then was turning off Hyperformance (don't remember what that is or what it does), but I've marked a comment with a different solution as the answer.

Run {cg_drawshellshock 0} in the dev console. No brackets of course.

The Mission is supposed to have some film grain, but for some reason some frames would "linger" and smear across the screen, AKA the shell-shock effect. That command line disables the effect entirely for the rest of the session.

Well, I found a temporary solution: running the game on my integrated graphics card. I hope there will be a solution in te future, but this will do for now.
