Audio issues with voices in campaign
For some reason all the voices in campaign have no audio when there should be. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem?

I think I can remember encountering a similar issue in other CoDs, too (often in World at War). I can't guarantee if it helps in all cases, but you might give this method a try and report back if it works for you.

1- right click at speaker icon at system tray (typically bottom right of screen), and select "open sound settings".
2- click on "sound control panel" at right side of that page and select your audio device being used in CoD4 (at "playback" tab).
3- there hit "properties" and go to "advanced" tab. select 24 bit - (either 44100 or 48000 Hz) from the list and click "OK" to complete the process.
