COD not supported on Mac10.15+
Hello everyone

I run Cod on Mac10.14 Mojave. I have just read that Stem will stop running on 10.14 in Feb 2024. I don't think COD works on anything newer than 10.14.

Does anyone have a workaround or is this goodbye?

If you want to play COD you need Windows, or you will always have problems.

Shame really as I have been playing on my Mac for about 8 years and it's been awesome.

Mac user here as well and I have installed the game from DVD - however, the server list does not populate so it's not a proper workaround just yet. If anyone has experienced this same issue and solved it I'd love to know!
Perhaps use OS with 32-bit applications support.

I have m1 Mac and the latest macOS Sonoma and Im telling you that it won't launch on Catalina etc. I don't have cod4, but I have mw2 and it won't launch on main. The only cod what works on Mac at the current time is bo3, and multiplayer doesn't work there tho. the only exit for you is install windows via bootcamp or download crossover/parallels

you either gotta run metal or try a virtual machine with windows 11 installed,
i would recommend bootcamp but i dont think it works on the m chipset macs

Yeah, fair enough. It seems like it's been a good run. My stats say i've played 1400 times over the past 8 years. Maybe it's time to move on.
