COD 4 Vanilla MP Servers (CoD4-X)

Been really wanting to play COD 4 lately so I bought it on pc unfortunately all the servers were either modded as hell or only hardcore & I just want to experience the game like it was back in the 360 days. There are a few good vanilla servers like the [HGM] Casual servers that play just like the original game sad thing is those servers are dead so does anyone want to help me repopulate them?

I don't think cod4x is an xlabs project, despite the similar name. Still, the recent news is a little more than troubling. A lot of speculation that plutonium might be hit next; and after that, it is anyone's guess as to whether or not cod4x will remain unmolested by a cease and desist.

The game really isn't in a healthy state at the moment. As you said, there are very few (if any) quality servers. The games are almost exclusively managed by third worlders who think every killcam should feature their favorite suicideboys track or Panamanian reggaeton, plus ♥♥♥♥♥♥ movement mods that make the game feel "floaty." Early morning games used to be very easy to find, but that is no longer the case unless you are willing to play with the Pakistanis.

Yeah it's honestly sad what this game has turned into, guess I'm just going to have to stay on World at War then :(
