PunkBuster fails to install each time I launch MW4

I've bought and installed MW4 yesterday, and when I first launched it, it tried to install / update PunkBuster, but had a server error. And now each time I launch MW4, it re-tries to install / update MW4, and encounters the same error.

At first the PB window pops up, and it says:

"A new version is available now. Updating now... (2.7 to 3.8)."

And then a "New Version Download Failed" window pops up with a sound effect, and the error message is:

"Downloading a global config file failed for the following reason:

The requested URL returned error: 404"



Does anyone know what's up with this, and how to get it to properly install and update PB?

No one plays on punkbuster lobbies. I even got punkbuster and everytime i joined one of the rare maps that were available on punkbuster i got immediately kicked. Don't worry about punkbuster because it's not supported on cod4 anymore and barely anyone ever hacks anymore and most lobbies have a anti hack/report system so you're good.

And it's Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare 1, it's the 4th Call of Duty, but the first Modern Warefare, so it would be MW1
