How can I find vanilla servers?

Whenever I sort for servers with no mods, it doesn't matter which one I join; I always get redirected so some insane modded server and it's pissing me off!

Just use CoD4-X, mate.
Install the client version of CoD4-X from here: https://cod4 x.me/
Launch the game and select "Internet CoD4 X" as source in the server browser
Use the filtered search function to filter out the modded servers

Same result though, some servers mostly I played on were still modded. Kinda annoying :(

That's strange. I can see at least a couple of unmodded TDM servers when using CoD4-X.

it's not hard, just adjust the settings to your country and look at the titles, then direct IP connect.

otherwise you can filter mods out in the in-game server filter.

Hmm not sure what it's like over there, I'm US - East. Game tracker might be your best bet. It's more time consuming to copy and paste the IP address, but you can direct connect through the in game ~ console by typing connect and then the IP
