How to add downloaded maps?

Hi, I downloaded maps from https://customapscod.com/. How can I add them? On the site he says to add them in C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Activision \ Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare \ usermaps
However, if I go to C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ Call of Duty 4 the usermaps folder is not there, even if I create it and put the maps in it they are not visible when I create a server.

Once you have your downloaded maps placed correctly into the usermaps folder, Launch cod4 and open command console.

type command:

 /map <map name> 

You will need to load a mod before playing custom maps.

When playing any modded servers, all maps downloaded from serves will also be in the usermaps folder.

thanks it works. but how do I give it the settings to make my lan server? server name, password, game mode, etc ...?
