Does CoD 4 has a server browser

Hello, i'm thinking to buy CoD 4 or CoD MW3. But i wanted to know if CoD 4 has a server browser like the one you crack. Bc i have MW 2 and it doesen't have one and i hate to play on servers of the server browser. I know that MW 3 is like MW 2. But on Xbox360 it doesen't have one and yea. So i wanted to know if its like on the Xbox 360. With or without a server browser

No it does not have "lobbys"

all cod4 servers are listed there, then just join with the server IP.
