FPS boost in 2018?

Is there anything I can do to get more fps in this game?

Yes. There are tricks that really work. First, set your desktop background to solid black (works). Then load the game and turn these settings off or set to low: Glow, Dynamics lights, Rag doll, soften smoke edges, Water detail low, sync every frame. Ideally, turn these settings to low: Anti-aliasing, Texture filter, Anisotropic filter, texture quality. However, these are important, so keep these on: shadows, Bullet impact, Depth of field, model detail. Now, be prepared to type a bit. Enable console under settings. Type ~ to show console, and type:

/r_drawsun 0

Then press enter. Do the same for all of these.

/r_drawdecals 0

/r_drawwater 0

/cg_brass 0

/r_fastskin 1

/pb_sleep 300

/com_maxfps 125

/cg_drawfps 1

/snaps 30

/cl_maxpackets 100

/cl_maxrate 25000

These settings are considered fair and boost fps a lot. I know because I tried them. I found all this at the ThC Clan website.
