No multiplayer without Punkbuster
And the pinned post says it is not available. So why is the game being advertised as multiplayer? Very deceptive and a money grab.

You don't need PunkBuster to play MP. The servers that are running are PB free. Don't even have to install it.

You need to roll back your version to 1.7 to find the servers google will help
