There is further settings to push the games performance such as fullbright, even a pc with no gpu can reach 100fps on cod4 with fullbright.
I mean, if you want to play the singleplayer at it best looking or play 64 player TDM on stock maps, prepare for somewhat poor performance from the game with low pc specs.
Im sure the game will be playable.
I have played cod4 on older laptops with no gpu and with fullbright etc, fps can range from 30-100 (depending on what your playing in cod4)
It does not take much to run the game, like i said, im sure it will be fine.
My specs
Intel Celeron N3050 1.60 Ghz
2 gb of ram
INTERGRATED GRAPHICS
WIndows 10
You can also use can you run it. (Google). It compares your specs to what is put out as what specs are needed for a game. Not always perfect as there are factors but it gives a general idea.
As for fps. Hard to say. Things can bottleneck, etc. 2 people can have exact same specs and run different fps. Monitor resolution, background programs, viruses, etc. even temps. Also depends on map.
But yes, cod4 is older. So most new computers in the last few years should be able to play the game.
