Kao-Ri level 19 unwinnable

I've tried this a few times now and can't figure out a solution. The guy standing in front of the gate who's supposed to give you the rune whatsit to open it is unclickable even after you've got the tick required and done the first step of opening the gate. Can't get more ticks without him. Lost. Help please?

having a similar problem with Hika-Ri lvl 10 - the fan won't activate, if you click it you get the active/options thing with no options. The staging area (?I assume?) at top left said "build the fan first" when hovered over but now that the fan is built it's also unclickable. No idea what to do.

I got up to the bonus levels but the healing wand is not available to finish. I played 10 hours so no refund.

Have the same Problem with Level 19. Youtube video is not the same. I must activate the gate. I do it. But then the priest does not give me the stone. But the gate needs the stone to win the level. :-(
I like this game and want to make it 100%.
But when the game is broken i will give thumb down. :-(

Ahhhhhhh! I got it!

When you activate the portal, the sign of the stone is not the same of that what the priest has for you.
The sign is one of the stones you already have.
You need to activate it at the left side of your monitor.
And 2 other sign after that.
Then you will get the stone from the priest and at the end you can enter the gate.
