Yeah there is a way, just like with any game with fixed resolution. Don't stretch to fullscreen and instead use integer scaling, or center with black bars and no scaling at all (or run it in windowed mode).

That's the best advice for any displays/TVs that sports resolutions that are out of fashion nowadays (like your hd-ready 1366x768). I guess best is to run the games at 1280x720 and pillarbox/letterbox them or play in windowed mode.

Seems like you refunded the game, but that's the advice for you regardles. Maybe it will help you with blur in other games at least.

Thx for answer i not refunded it, playing/testing it via family share.

The windowed screen is sharp but size is too small and game not let me strecth it

I will check the integer scaling. (There is no Integer scaling setting, probably not support on my GPU GT 1030)

Understood. Well stretching the game window results in a blur, so you need integer scaling or nearest neighbour scaling at least, if you want to maintain sharp image. Unfortunately for Nvidia gpus, it is only supported natively on gtx1600 and rtx2000 or newer gpus. On amd card, you can have it working natively even on much older gpus (like from 2010-2012 or so) and apus/mobile igpus too.

Your option is then to use software integer scaling. There is an utility app on steam store called Lossless Scaling, it used to have a free version but I think it is no longer available.

Here is a freeware utility that I use on my old PC: https://tanalin.com/en/projects/integer-scaler/

Just run the program, then run the game in windowed mode and hit Alt+F11 to scale it as best as possible based on your display resolution. The picture will be as big as possible with no blur. Hope it helps you.

Ok, i will try, thank you very much for help.

It only changed the small windowed screen to full screen with black background, nothing more (still small), the last question is, is there a way to resize my windowed screen with this software to a little bit bigger resolution on windowed (I read on this site ''resize'' but i didnt understand anything)

Unfortunately, it seems that the native resolution of this game is 800x450, so you cannot integer scale to anything higher than native x1 on your 1366x768 display. You would need at least 1600x900 or higher for x2 integer scale, etc.

The advanced options to resize the window in the program are for special cases, along with cropping of the window etc, but resizing would produce uneven pixel scaling and shimmering or blur.

Bottom line is that if you resize the window on lcd, it will cause blur if it is not integer scaled up. On CRTs back then it was different story. Not much you can do with this game + your current display combo. You can use the program for other games, that have lower resolution, so you might achieve x2 or even x3 scale in some cases.

You can also try to use Magnifier glass in windows, position it on the game window and try something like 150% scale, but it will cause blur too because of uneven pixel scaling.

Magnifier glass %125 + IntegerScaler (For changing windowed screen to fullscreen with black background) combo made it looks sharp and playable, thanks for all your helps.
