Report a translation problem
The point of this is to make the game a little more challenging at the end. For some people, who didn't bother leveling up Stomp or Belly throughout the entire game, they may need to go back and level one of these skills up a bit in order to defeat the final boss. On the other hand, there are other opponents on the same level who are immune to Stomp & Belly, which forces the player to have a more rounded skill leveling approach in order to beat the game.
