Is there a game like this that is related to war?
Like fighting your friend in multiplayer?

The fact you can chose your location and the way you command troops would make such an amazing base for a simple top down war game?

Somewhat, but it was still in Early Access and no mentioned of multiplayer yet: Infection Free zone. Same developer.

I have that game already, but it's not what I meant. I don't want zombies. I want unit vs. unit in the same graphic top down style that can run on low end systems too and is visually appealing. Instead of sirens make it bomb explosions or artillery shells. When you're at a scene and see the units move around, make them shoot each other and run for cover etc.

Like a low end war game with the same style. I don't understand why they haven't done that yet.

It might be, but I'm looking for games that run on low end laptops for my military service just like this one. Just without civil stuff but war stuff. Warno seems to be really demanding on hardware, no?
