City map size
Is there any way to make maps more realistic? Whenever I search and try to play in my city (doable on 911 Operator), I get the whole city as a single district, and the map with all the districts would be the whole region!

If it is too small a city, such a city isn't divided into districts. In larger cities, of course, such a city is divided into districts (to make it easier for the player).
