Free game ALWAYS starts out in a storm.

What is the point of giving us motorcycles and jetskis at the beginning of the game if they can't be used for 4-5 duties? I always end up buying new vehicles so I don't waste the manpower.

The 4th, 5th, and 6th duties are 99% storms, but i had days ago a different situation in duties 4th and 5th without rain or storm.

Each start with Free game seems equal but no. Not always you have the same firsts missions, some are nearly always, and sometimes the game surprise you. For me its perfect.. More or less you know what maybe you find, and when the game wanna, appear random things..

mind the "starting month" and general weather in your region. There is some randomness, but the weather is mostly a result of historical data...
