Hey y'all, I've tried a million different resolutions, but I cannot get the achievement to pop. I don't ever remember seeing a popup, and I cant get it to reappear. Ive tried a VPN, reinstall, and seeing what the first city on my map is. Any advice? This is one of the last ones I need.

It's about a month ago... I found the solution, first you need to turn off your Steam cloud saves, then you need to delete the files at C:Users/<user_name>/AppData/LocalLow/JutsuGames, then reinstall the game, then the popup reappear. But I don't know whether the local hero could up. The first time I installed the game, it showed me the location where I lived, and this time, it didn't show me the same location.
