I have the same problem with my hometown.
But the funny point however is that our main hospital was displayed on the map back in 911 Operator but is now missing in 112 Operator.
So it seems that there was some kind of update for the maps with the release of the latest game but that mentioned update made it worse in case of certain cities. On the other hand I also had a lot of doctor's offices displayed as hospitals in my hometown back in 911 Operator and at least those have disappeared by now in most cases.
DLC Facilities allow you to easily deploy your own stations. The game is being developed all the time and your opinions are very important :)
What can we do about stations in the wrong places? We should have an option to remove those.
Next OSM update is planned with DLC Water publication.
In the meantime you can try to edit the maps and savegames by hand in C:\Users\....\AppData\LocalLow\JutsuGames\112 Operator\Saves
