Bug reporting and suggestions
If you encounter any bugs in the beta, you can always report the bug using
in-game bug reporting tool available via ESC menu
- that's the best way, as we receive a log file, save file, a description and a screenshot automatically

If that is not possible, please send us an email to 112@gameops.pl
Please include a output_log.txt file located at
C:\Users\ {user} \AppData\LocalLow\JutsuGames\112 Operator\output_log.txt
and preferably
- a screenshot
- a save file (same folder)
- description on how to replicate the bug.
If you include a video - that's super nice.

Some of the most important and well-detailed bug reports will be rewarded with Steam keys to our other games.

Game keeps crashing, trying to do ingame bug report but than the game also crashes. If the game crashes, sound goes further, but screen freezes. If i restart, it happens again. Other people have the problem too?

I have a few suggestions:
-Couple people have mentioned that ambulances and firetrucks should return to their base after completing the incident, I agree with this completely. And not just to the nearest base but the one you assigned them in the beginning of the duty.
-I feel like staff skills should improve over time.
-I'd like to have more calls that require no action.
-Optional district adding in free game instead of it just being forced.
-I feel that fires should last longer.

Non support character language show as block.
I want to play the city I live(Bangkok, Thailand and also other city in Thailand) in but it's show most thing like districts or streets as block characters
Suggest fix: Force translate non support languages to English or support those languages

There should be option to play endless game without need to buying new regions. It's really frustrating.
Suggestion for Aesthetics: For us US players, can we get the temps and speeds translated to Imperial units, Fahrenheit, MPH, and Inches/Feet?

Also, several parts of the dialogue in the calls list "911" in text, but voice over is 112. Not sure if that's an oversight or what.
Need some help, my game won't load..

I got a call about a little kid trapped in a storm. After I went through all the dialogue options, the call kept going for awhile which I thought might have been part of it. I did not end the call early and it eventually ended by itself. The game is only running at the slowest speed possible and at pause. It won't let me speed up. Just thought the devs would like to know. Keep up the great work :)
Medical motorbikers don´t assist when arrive to the accident or other cases when there are people injured. I must send ambulance.

Hey guys, all languages that are written from right to left and have joined letter (eg. arabic/farsi/urdu) will be fragmented and backwards. Here is an English analogy: Ali becomes
i l A. (try to make this out if you can): تمر will become ر م ت. It becomes left to right and is fragmented. I've looked online and the fix is not hard. Please look into this. Thanks!
Hello, I found some problems in the game. The first of them is blocked option 4 in custom game, it displays that I must complete the campaigns and I have completed it. Is it because I finished the campaigns in London and started custom game in Bydgoszcz? 2 problem is city search. Once I entered Bydgoszcz ok everything works. The second time, however, I search long and find Elbląg.

Witam, znalazłem parę problemów w grze. Pierwszym z nich jest zablokowana opcja 4 w grze dowolnej, wyswietla się że muszę ukończyć kampanie a mam ją ukończoną. Czy jest to przez to, że kampanie skonczyłem w Londynie a gre dowolną rozpocząłem w Bydgoszczy ?. 2 problemem jest wyszukiwanie miast. Raz wpisałem Bydgoszcz ok wszystko działa. Za drugim razem jednak szuka długo i znajduję Elbląg.

Had a large fire that seemed to never end. Had my CPU (Ryzen 5 2600) go all the way to 65% load and temps to 72C. All my other calls had ended but the large fire call kept going. CPU got hotter the longer I waited. A bug, it seems.

3440x1440 is not supported? Can only go as high as 1920x1080 in the settings. Windowed and fullscreen mode. Can't get anything higher than 1080p :(
Please optimize the network in China. You can't download maps in China
I would like a difficulty when I played wisely - I don't miss any accidents (except cat on trees, loud parties, drinking in public, graffity painting and "accidents" like this). In my opinion, if according to wise playing I have two fire engines - game can't generate 3 fires. And hiring of additional units for a time period - it's a gameplay crutch for my point of view. Of course when you have big emergencies additional temporary units must be provided for the time of emergency from nearby regions, but without any intervention from player.
