Add support for semantic names (Arabic, Hebrew) atm you flip the letters and order of language (Unity doesn't support it natively and some plugin for LTR->RTL change should be implemented).
Meanwhile, avoid writing Tel Aviv for instance in Hebrew (cause it becomes vivA leT in Hebrew). Same for Arabic

1. Gear editor

2. Provide a list of all bonuses and XML names

3. More scenarios (they get repetitive after playing a lot)

4. More localization (more terrorists in ME more suicides in Korea/Japan, more industry-oriented events in western Europe).

5. Text should give more reasons of why objectives are given (fight drugs, why now? fight vandalism, why now, perhaps graffiti can be solved less harshly?)

6. Cars should not always escape from the cops (most drivers don't try to escape when being arrested), those who do might escape/be aggressive/escape by foot and should be arrested

7. Road cams should solve speeding/Red light cases as complete (rather than disappear with 0 points, not penalties).
You should still be able to arrest them though.
Even if they manage to escape they will receive a fine, however, there may be a chance that if you don't arrest them they will involve in a motorcycle accident.
An icon will appear above the violator to indicate it was caught.

8. Kidnaps/stolen cars should be extended every time they pass a drone/camera.
However, some may become violent (escape attempt that results in injury, kidnapper harms the kidnapped) or evolve (kidnapped is dragged somewhere and the mission changes/changes back to search and rescue.

9. When releasing hostage/kidnapped etc, there is a chance that the aggressor will try to harm the victim.
Officers may have a new tactical skill as for (SWAT) skill. higher skill translates to faster response, less chance for aggressor harming the hostage. (those may be distributed among SWAT teams for instance. or perhaps some skill will give that indication.

10. Shooting range should be added to facilities, with shooting range, up to X cops every shift may increase their accuracy slightly (with a limit to how much they can). this may cost money (like paying them normally or another sum).
Same for driving school.

11. support for split monitors up to 3 (so you can arrange monitors setup similar to the dispatcher.

12. When the dispatcher calls for assistance, you need to indicate what he needs and why is he calling. taking all the firemen to an event should not trigger his "desperate" egoistic plea if there is no fire incident in his sector atm.
Right now they are more of a nuisance than a help.

13. option to edit dispatchers (reaction speed, volume, enable/disable assistance call)

14. New voice indication will be given for a vehicle that is stuck in traffic jam

More scenarios from real life there is so much off them we need an editor so fans can create them if the dev cannot.

There is no editor for creating scenarios, although you can create one. Here is a guide written by game developers:

Hi, I would like to see vehicles with more seat, maybe 6-8. Will be very useful for some extremely violent incident like bank robber, and scenarios like recently released Last duty. I mean, in real life it is possible to dispatch a police bus or something like that......
Hi, LeeZhang! It would surely be interesting, but unfortunately it could disrupt the work of the game, so honestly, this is not very much possible. But we greatly appreciate your contribution to 112 Operator! :)

Hey, me and my mod team are working on a big mod that will add a lot of new equipment, including flashbangs. :)

My wishes (maybe as an option or mod):
1. Alternate pause for connections (instead of 1/2 speed).
2. Reconstruction of the equipment system, so that once a purchased weapon, suit, vest, stun gun etc. can be transferred to another set, for another officer (more realism and micromanagement at the stage of completing patrols and their equipment).

From the beginning of the game, it is too big and too expensive a simplification when we build a set (gun, vest, terminal, etc.) and we can sell, buy or exchange between the officers only the full set.
If a rifle is needed for the next service instead of a pistol, I cannot return only the pistol to the warehouse and assign the rifle, but I have to buy all new set. There is no justification for this, apart from simplifying the game mechanics.
Hi there!
1. During a call, an operator has to manage everything in the real world, so that "slow" time in the game is a big simplification. x)
2. I don't know if this could also be a solution, but you can edit an existing gear to avoid creating new ones or swapping out gears for the better.

3.* The same as I wrote to the previous point. You can edit all the gears that exist. Next to "X" you will find a pencil/pen, click on it. :)

Thank you very much for your ideas!

I would want to see a feature where you can control the patrol pattern/radius in officers, so instead of officers going 500m then just turning around there would be sections where your officer would patrol fully then move on to the next one. Basically, I want the police patrolling system to be updated.

Only thing I can think in terms of units, would be a Rescue Helicopter (SAR) for EMS. With coast lines and water ways, some of the boats may need to travel a pretty far distance not to mention if it a round trip. The SAR helo could carry say 2-3 victims with a 3man crew.
