Can't get limited attack option by right click anymore ?

I've played the whole indochinia 51-55 with the use of the available limited attack option and cancel all units attacks, but I don't have these options anymore in the new games, including the previous one. Did i unchecked an option somewhere ? I checked all available options and I can't manage to get these right click options anymore !!
Any clue ?
