In that video walkthrough, "B" is already revealed on that note in front of the screen. But in the game the player is required to find a slide for a projector in order to find the number, except the slide is nowhere to be found.

Had exactly the same problem. It drove me mad, so I looked it up and lo and behold, no Slide where it should've been.
Wasted 20-30 minutes looking for that thing, probably glitched out of the map somewhere -.-
