Man, not so impatient - this is not a shooter. You have to open the door of the car, push the flashing button to open the trunk, turn back to the trunk, open it up, lift the cover of the box, see the key, take it and leave the car, go back to the house and the attic and voila' you can open it. For further stuck problems i recommend one of these thousands of gameplay videos on the online platform of your trust.
