The two in the back shouldn't be able to hit you? You parry or dodge both of the front ones and hit whichever attacked last. They're annoying but not enough to get removed.

sidestep -> punch or junker set is gonna be your best friend for handling these guys. with junker, you can anger one (backstep -> punch), then do a stage 3 charge to execute them in their second form

Scutum Scuttlers should only attack twice, and if they get parried it stops the 2nd attack pretty sure. The only problem with them is that they sometimes don't attack until everything else is dead.

It doesn't work at all, you shouldn't be able to damage them when they're holding their shield.

Here's a strat for you sonny, if you're still having trouble. You'll notice they always come in pairs, and when they're paired up their attack pattern gets more unsafe. They'll leave their shield down and poke several times, if you back up they're opened for a charged punch.

Using the default gauntlet, for example, you wait until they stand side-by-side. Step back when they start jabbing, and there's a window to biff em with a full charge. Test out the timing on skeletons.

Kongo Wallop usually knocks them all over dealing huge damage and leaves them 100% vulnerable for finishing off, so just keep one stock or two reserved for casting it when going around the colosseum and it's not an issue.

How the Colosseum works is that the enemies have "synergies" with one another. Like how the football carriers place the ball and the batters bash it to pieces.

The shield guys only synergize with each other. But they only have 2 attack patterns.
1. The shield guy in YOUR lane attacks first and then the other. There is usually 4 to 6 attacks total.
To counter this dodge to the other lane when one of them attacks you. As soon as they stop attacking punch the one directly in front of you a few times, then go back to dodging.

2. Both of the shield guys attack at the same time about 2 to 3 times. To dodge this you simply move back that amount of times and then charge forwards.
