Struggling with Punk Crock

ive generally fared well in combat till now but i feel like ive hit a stone wall with this one anyone got any advice for dealing with them?

Current setup is 4 heal potions and Leather Manhandler gauntlets

try the default gauntlets or the desert ones if you're good with them. punk croc is pretty fast and the leather gauntlets are slow

It helps if you back off a bit by holding back, close-range projectiles are hard to keep track of. Kongo Wallop is also excellent for that fight.

ooo good shout about congo wallop, right now im in the middle of looking for more whips so i can make a new skill

Just a heads up also, around the halfway point, Punk Croc's attacks will make you stuck in place even if you manage to parry them, so either you should try to outright evade his attacks or get prepared to parry a fair bit.

mmm i should have mentioned i have manage to get him to phase 2 i say about 60% of the time also can anyone tell me what exactly the liquid power potion does?

Something worth noting (at least for now) is that Punk Crock's attacks can't kill you if you block them, even at 0 HP (you don't go down at 0, only if you get hit hard enough after hitting 0), so you can use this to learn his timings and try to figure out when best to parry.

Alright Well i did it but im not proud about the fact i had to abuse the fact he cant kill you while blocking (at least when i did it) so i just landed a few quick swings in between assaults and S L O W L Y whittled him down

Some mobs can knock you down even while blocking at 0HP, but Punk Crock doesn't have such attacks. Blocking is a dangerous game later on for that reason.
