Program files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/EV3-Drag Racing/Support
This guide is for use with the Logitech G27 racing wheel and pedal combination. If you have any issues, please email us at support@playev3.com and we will be happy to assist you in your setup.
.) Download the drivers from http://support.logitech.com/en_us/product/g27-racing-wheel. Be sure to select the correct version of Windows you have when downloading the drivers or else they may not work correctly.
.) Install the drivers following the on-screen intructions.
.) "Logitech Gaming Software" should now be installed on your computer under the start menu. Click on the application and it will bring up the Logitech Profiler and will show an image of the G27. If you cannot locate the Logitech Gaming Software application or the image that shows up in the profiler is not the Logitech G27, we recommend restarting your computer.
.) Click Profile -> Import... -> and locate the EV3_G27_GameProfile.xml file.
.) Click "Select A Game" then click "Create New Game Profile."
.) Give the profile a name that you will remember, we used EV3. Click the "Browse..." button and select the EV3.exe file. This is the file you double click to launch the game.
.) Click the EV3 icon in the bottom area, then click "Ok." You can now close the Logitech Profiler.
.) Launch EV3. Click the "Input" tab and scroll down until you see the controls that begin with "Joystick."
.) Set the buttons you want to use for each Joystick control. JoystickSteer (+) is steering to the right, the JoystickSteer (-) is to the left. We recommend setting Joystick Accelerator, both JoystickSteer's, JoystickClutch, JoystickBrake, GearUp, and GearDown. Optional settings are NitrousPurge, LineLock, Camera, and TimeWarp. You set a control by double-clicking the input field, then pressing the corresponding button on your controller.
.) Once logged into the game, click the settings button in the top right next to your points total.
.) Check the box that says "Enable Joystick Controls." For added excitement, uncheck the option for "Enable Auto Steer."
.) Under the Joystick Controls, uncheck "Invert Throttle," and make sure both "Invert Brakes" and "Invert Clutch" are checked.
That's it! You can now use the G27.
