Help, Can't get in through Underground Bridge

Hi!
I am having issue on how to get in the Underground bridge North East locked gate. It's suppose to lead to a place I seen on the net called: Cleric Enclave. How do I open that gate so I can complete it ?

Iirc the key is in the chest in west room (secret) in Underground Bridge.

I already got to that room and got the key and I still cant open the gate on the North East top corner

Have you finished the quest for White Skeleton in the Shattered Palace? That is the only other thing i can think of.

Also quest log says that the quest for Cleric Enclave came from a note from a chest.

Yeah I have no quests left on my screen. And I cant interact with White Skeleton again

the key you got from that room will get you into another room marked green in the pic below - from there you'll find the key to the cleric enclave
