Has anyone activated the circle on the ground in the NW corner of this map? It appears to be a portal ringed by three pedestals and looks like a police car has run off the road.

The portal cannot be activated, but you should investigate the car ;)

I dont get it. Is it the car from jydge? And what's there to investigate? I also don't get the three lights standing there :(

be sure to have plenty of available command cap (or just dismiss some of your horde from the character screen) when you get there

Sweet. Though I'm a little late to the party. At first I was thinking if it might have been
the Delorean from Back to the Future. :'D I wouldn't have thought of having command
cap available. haha
