Is the map different on the Switch version ?
We've removed some of the puzzles in updates from the main path and made them optional. This has been active on Steam for a long time, but consoles can take weeks to update due to QA and other delays. Can you check the version of your game in options menu on Switch?
There should be an update available to switch version 1.0.2 (which is equivalent to steam version 1.0.6). Try going to the game's options with "+" from the switch home screen and searching for "software update" -> "via the internet".
If that doesn't help and you're still at 1.0.1, could you let us know which country you're in?
Console versions will always lag a little behind steam, since the patching process takes a long while, compared to steam where it's a matter of just clicking some buttons (not counting all the development and testing on our end obviously :) ) - but the switch versions should definitely be up to speed right now.
