Chapter 14 the Vulcan bug?

Is there a bug in this mission or something? I can't do any damage to the vulcan itself. I can destroy the turret but no matter how many lancers or shells I shoot at the Vulcan and its radiator it doesn't take any damage what so ever.

First of all, do you have the appropriate types of lances equipped? Mortar lances won't do jack against it, plus if you attack from outside your weapon's effective range, you'll do minimal to no damage.

For the tank, did it get hit by the Vulcan's MG? That MG has the ability to debuff armored vehicles and reduce their attack power vs infantry and tanks by 50%, so you'll effectively deal 0 damage to it with the Vulcan's high defense.

Just went through it last night. Bring 2 anti-tank mortars with 1 assault in the APC on top of the wall to the west of where the Vulcan will appear. Have your engineer go on foot, they move fast. At turn 3 should be able to start taking the east base with the first action. Then command to increase anti-tank attack of everyone. Start pounding away and reloading with the 2 mortars.
