New to the game, when to play DLCs?

Hey. I'm about to start my first playthrough of the game but don't own any of the DLCs yet. Will I not be too thrown off if I play them one by one after I beat the game or should I play them as they unlock?

Each DLC unlocks at a certain chapter in the game so your enemies' level will be according to that point you're in the main game. You won't miss anything important if you play them later, well, the only thing you'll miss is part of the challenge, because playing them at higher levels will make those missions easier for you.

"A United Front with Squad 7" and "Edy Advance Ops" are unlocked by chapter 2 (but those aren't released yet)

"Squad E to the Beach" and "A Captainless Squad" unlock by chapter 10. Their missions have enemies around level 12.

"The Two Valkyria" can be played after beating the game. Your units' level is irrelevant since you don't play with your squad in this DLC.

"Expert Skirmishes" are meant to be played with max level units and post-game equipment. Don't even bother if you didn't finish Hard and Challenge skirmishes first.
