Black Screen when queuing

After the maintanence yesterday, whenever I queue for a battle the screen is completely black

Game still loads and is playable but still....I'm rather concerned its bugged

Any ideas?

We are aware of the issue and the team is working on it at the moment. Hope for the problem to be resolved as soon as possible. The problem is purely in displaying the Queue Screen, do not worry - it does not affect the game in any way!

It actually does affect my gameplay,my screen gets black and then it just sits like that with my plane getting stucked going nowhere.
"In battle" stays for few hours and makes the ones you actually need useless.
I actually uninstalled the game AGAIN as i was sick and tired trying to fix it AGAIN from same BUGS that made me delete the game in the first place.
That little free time that i got i have to spend trying to fix something that was suppouse to be fixed long time ago especially now when the game is on Steam.
Good luck getting new players as you dont even know how to keep old players.
I got over 2000 flights on my main account before i gave up,when i saw it on Steam i had some hopes that things will change but as always WG keeps beating old horse.

Planes "stuck" in battle is a different issue which is not connected with the black screen. I know it is quite annoying and we apologize for the inconvenience.

iv had it a couple o times last around 20 seconds.

What i meant to say is that once i try to join the battle my screen that i usually run on high specs and works normal is now totally black.Then i have to restart the game because nothing else works.The one that i tried to fly is now stucked in the garage for hours and even if itry to delete that preferences file from system folder in order to reset settings it still doesnt work even if i set details on low.

Ah! So you experience 2 different problems. Your plane definitely may stuck in battle if you disconnect. The problem of black screen is that for some reason Queue screen is not displayed. In fact, you are in the queue and everything works as usual just is not displayed. We are trying to fix display error as soon as possible. But you still can play game as usual - just do not exit the game when you see a black screen and wait. When your match is ready black screen will disappear and let you play.

Sadly but that doesnt work,i tried waiting for over 10 min several times but the black screen wont go away it just sits there and if i try anything game crashes.I actually re-downloaded the game again like 1h ago and it still gets black screen without starting the game or crashes if i try to exit and quickly re-join when i start and re-enter the game again.

Could I ask you to submit a support ticket? It sounds like something different from the issue discussed above. This particular problem is purely display issue with no effect on performance.
