Black Screen when joining battle
Hi there,

I've been experiencing a black screen once I wait through the matchmaking process. I can hear the sounds of the battle in the background but the screen is black. I have reinstalled, verified game folders, kept graphics driver up to date and checked in other games if I had similar issues, but none were found in the other games. Tested on WoWS just to make sure too.

Anyone have a clue what I could do?

For your help I thank you in advance!

Dear ___AERO__AQUA__TERRA___‍,
Thank you for contacting us.

Please follow these steps:

- Press the key combination Win + R and run the command %appdata%
- In the window that opens, go to the Wargaming.net folder and delete the World of Warplanes Steam folder in it
- Run the game client and check for the problem

Please add this in the pinned post. I only deleted the preferences.xml file, as stated in the pinned post, but that did nothing.

Thanks!
