1. From a game's library page, select Manage > Properties.
2. Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files... button.
3. Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.
The next step will be clearing the cached data:
1. Press Win+R.
2. Type "%TEMP%". Press OK.
3. Open the folder {LINK REMOVED}"wargaming.net", then - "wowp".
4. Delete the folder "cache".
Also, it's worth trying the following steps:
1. Press Win+R.
2. Type "%AppData%"
3. Go to the {LINK REMOVED}Wargaming.net folder and delete the World of Warplanes Steam folder in it.
The only side effect is rolling back to default settings. You may change your setting to whatever you are comfortable with after launching the game again. However, this solution may not work for you so don't hesitate contacting Customer Support Center if the problem remains.
