Unable to sleep

my energy is zero, I have no stamina recovery, and the sleeping bag does nothing. I walk to it, I hold 'E', i lay down, look at the sky for a few seconds, then I get right back up with no change to anything. Is it just me or is anyone else having serious issues with sleeping?
