No audio???
Ok , i get it the character deaf, but even in the shot where im supposed to be spectator of the scene i watch a dude do a monologue for 2 minutes with no audio what the F""""""

Its like watching a movie on mute. this is a terrible decision.
If they would have wanted us to know what it is to be deaf they should have find a different way to tell the story than making a very regular action movie and just cut every audio of it.

Who the hell is going to want to play this game again?

Amen, also Im pretty sure that only unlocks when you have already beat the game once?

Even if that wasnt the case I dont think it will save it, wonky animations, broken combat, charater models reused over and over. etc

More like who the hell is even going to make it through their first playthrough without getting bored to death.

I absolutely agree. Shooting a regular low-budget action movie and cutting out the sound doesn't make it about "being deaf".

I admit it was a bit fun in the beginning to try to piece together the plot with such a big channel of information missing, but as the long (!) dialogue scenes went on, shot like a regular movie, providing no more information than "these two people are talking" - I knew something was wrong.

It boggles my mind how every character talks to the protagonist like normal and he seems to understand perfectly. Hell, he even starts to speak halfway through! Is he deaf or not??

Sometimes they use sign language, but only if they feel like it. Why not use it all the time? Probably 95% (random estimate) of players can't read sign language, so you still could have had your dialogue reveal in the second playthrough, without this glaring inconsistency.

The protagonist being deaf has absolutely no relevance.
