A Life Spared achievement

I've gotten all nine other achievements, but this one eludes me, despite playing the ending sequences through for every area. Is it possible it's bugged?

To unlock this achievement you need to tell the Mayor that you found nothing when he asks if you about your search.

That was actually the first option I chose, as I figured it'd lead to either one of the endings or additional dialogue, and it didn't pop up. I just tried it again and it finally worked. Thank you for the prompt response.

I'll definitely write a review. I had a great time with it. :)
