Gather Ingredients Bug?

I'm on the park where i have to collect luminescent fungus and although I've seen it in the Bandit Hideout and Deepburrow Cave, it doesn't allow me to collect it. Is it a bug or am I doing something wrong? Thx

Same here. In my previous games, I have been able to collect the fungus, but in the current game with the latest build, there are no fungus. I believe it is a bug. Developers, can you please look into this.

We have here two reports:

a) Not able to collect it. I know it may be obvious and already checked, but do you have room in inventory.

b) Not able to found it. Well, this may be a RNG (Random Number Generator) problem, as there's no fungus that has to be somewhere, but just can be. So, it may be just long run with bad luck.

I went to the Bandit Hideout in Kingsbridge 10 (yes 10) times and check the spawn points just across the river. There are no spawn.

Now I am already at level 8 and travelled to lots of location, but still cannot find any luminescence mushroom whenever I go back to Kingsbridge.

I have played 3 other characters (warrior, cleric and rogue) and have successfully finish this quest early in the game. It is really unusual that I visited the Bandit Hideout 10 times without any luck. My awareness is 2 btw and I summon a helper to help me detect too.

I visited the bandit hideout for the 11th time, and found the said mushroom.
Well, I guess it was really bad luck with RNG then.

Thanks Jargonaut. I guess I'll jut keep going back and looking. Could it be a Mage issue? I'm lvl 8.

Class should never be a factor. I'll likely increase the spawn chance, it seems to be too low.

RNG is really "strange beast" and you can theoretically visit same place for even 1000 times and not find what you expected. A bit more info on this is here: http://www.exiledkingdoms.com/wiki/index.php?title=Item_Drops
