I'd assume only money, but there is a wiki that might be able to tell you if there's another purpose for them. They respawn pretty fast so if you sell them it's no biggie.

You can pay him to make medium heals for the price of a minor heal. You need one blue and one red flower each time.

Thank you so much for this. I checked the wiki but it's still kind of new and not entirely fleshed out so some stuff is missing. Thanks so much for the suggestions though and the help, always appreciated.

Also they really don't sell for much at all, so this might end up being a much larger money saver then anything.
