Level 10 what to do now and a few ?'s

So I'm really digging the game but I'm at a point where I'm not sure what to do. After hitting level 10 I feel like it's taking forever and a day to level and most of the places I wonder around to seem to be just to strong for my current character.

I was thinking about grinding out some town hall quests but I'm afriad of the penalty if I don't complete them w/i the time limit. Does anyone know if the town hall will give you quests that are just to high in difficulty for your character to complete?

A few other quick questions.

1. Any decent leveling guides or tips out there? As I said I feel like my progress has slowed significantly.

2. Any decent gold making guides or tips?

3. Where can I find some better gear to buy? Atm I'm using full plate armor and have a sword that does 7-13 damage +5 cold. It's actually decent for level 10 I think (my dps says 18.1) but it's a "light weapon" which b/c of my toon I really need a 1hand (I'm a strength) build.

Also, asking like you did for a few quick pointers is alright, I mean, the wiki is a great reference but it's not spoiler free.

If you tell us your class, skills, and what quests are incomplete in your journal, certainly we can send you in the right directions. for instance at that level you *should* have completed Web of Terror, and the main quest first two stages (Mysterious Letter, A Key to the Past), plus gained access to all three companions.

Per - 1

My skills are the following

I have shield expert maxed at 3
Bash is at 2
Resiellience is at 2
Cleave is at 2
Extra Recovery at 1
Dungeoneering at 1
Gossip at 2
Heavy Hand at 1

Hit points are 258 with 30 res to fire, 38 to skull, 10 to frost, 45 to poison, and 0 and 2 to lightning and sun.

Armor is 19

DPS is 19.3

Hunting Bugs - I don't think I'm supposed to do this yet though...

Hunting bugs is like, for level 3-4.
Spicing things up is well within your reach but you need the ability to detect secret doors somewhere in northern inori.
Message in a bottle is also within your reach.
I would do Restoring the Faith as well, especially as a Warrior.

If you want to grind at that level, Maze of Lamth near Jabal is probably pretty good.

Thanks for the help! I've been to the Maze so I know where that is so that's a plus.

Hunting Bugs confuses me though...The queen talks to you and tells you to come back later and she'll tell you about who you are or something. That lead me to believe I shouldn't kill her. Was I mistaken?

Try the region map, not the dungeon. Look around and you'll find your answer.

You don´t have to kill the queen, she is for the shard-quest.
Get some venom in the sewers of New Garand and drop that into the bugnest outdoors northeast of the settlement for completing "Hunting Bugs"

Or, as a warrior just smash it the f up. Some quests requires you to dig around and look at the bigger "picture".

Also, about town hall quests, they do have penalty if you don't do them in time, but you can always manually save (don't use only quick save, you can save in few positions). So, after you save, you can take quest (first save, then take quest), then you can start drinking (you can use quick save before alcohol binge). And by drinking, I'm mean gossiping. After that, go and try to complete quest.
